Stator Not putting out any AC voltage

Could this be due too a ground somewhere? I tested them at their female connectors that connect to the R/R, no voltage there, so then I went to the copper coils on the stator itself, still no AC voltage output when I had the bike running.

Could it be the rotor? I tested the ohms of the rotor, they flashed different readings and were inconsistent ultimately settling at 0.1-0.3 ohms.

any help would be appreciated! thanks in advance.

P.S. have brand new stator from ricks motorsports as well as a brand new ballistics battery and R/R.

Measure resistance between each of the AC wires and the negative terminal of the battery. You should not be able to get a reading. If you do, the stator is bad.

Next, read resistance between each of the AC wires. You should get around .35 Ohms. Much less than that and the stator is bad. If you get more than that, clean the connectors and try again.

Which bike is this for?

This is for the CL360. It ended up being the ac wires severed from putting the alternator case on. I fixed everything and I'm getting 20-35 ac volts from around 1500-2000 rpm. 15 at idle, I have the ricks motorsports stator and your rectifier in, due to still having recharging problems, I switched it too the one I got from you and it seems to almost keep the charge even but it still drops .01 volt every 10 seconds. I have tried multiple rectifiers, what seems to be the problem, any ideas or any other things that could cause issues? This bikes recharging system has been the BIGGEST pain in the ass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It isn't getting over 13 volts when revving very high, on the battery terminals.
