Initially I did not have to go up at all because it was running well, but I haven't completely tweaked it yet. I think it will need to go up at least one size. Check this video on YouTube about how to rejet: Two Guys Garage: Café Racer Gets Jets
Those are awesome. These counter some of the issues having to do with pods--especially if you select longer stacks that would effectively smooth the otherwise turbulent intake charge (especially on the outer carbs that would experience significant wind buffeting). I am no genius about these things, but I've heard that, although we're tempted to think that pods provide way more air, the lack of an airbox will sometimes starve the carb of the necessary VELOCITY of the air coming into the carb, hence the use of VELOCITY stacks to smooth and speed the air stream. They are bell-shaped for a reason, and those ones look, as they say, the biz.
I use 'em on my 360. When you install them though, ditch the screen. They've put in a screen on the carb side, which is pretty much the worst possible place. If you want to run a screen instead of fully open stacks, put the screen on the bell end, not the carb end. Ideally, the screen will be shaped like a cone, pointing outwards.
It's amazing how difficult it is to find some of these screens/filters--I mean, you know that if it takes you a whole 15-20 minutes of searching online, you NEVER would have found it 15 years ago. Here's a start: http://www.bills-b-racing.com/index1.html
