Stick foam to foam?

I'm trying to re-shape my seat a little and am not having luck with 3M spray-on adhesive. What have you used in the past to stick the factory-style foam to itself more permanently?

Try the DAP Weldwood contact cement. It's a neoprene rubber adhesive that's sticky as hell, and remains flexible. It sucks to carve, but it's great for bonding foam.

There are specific glues for bonding foam, ones that leave a soft glue line that flexes and doesn't break. Check a fabric/upholstery store.

I used a hot glue gun with pretty good success. It takes a fair amount but held together through (re)carving.
