Stock exhaust replacement

Hi guys,

I was thinking of getting the re-jet kit and the EGR blanking plate for my Ace 125, so should I do something to the stock exhaust or replace it?

Removing the CAT in the header, by whatever means you can, is the most important change you can make!

Re-jetting without getting rid of the CAT will make little difference. Whatever way you go, try not to reduce the length of the system as this has a deleterious affect on mid range power.

... Hi Racer, without a doubt, replacing the stock exhaust with 00Racing's kit was the single most transformational thing I've done to my stock Ace, gave it a completely new 'soul' ... highly recommended.
