These will be the eccentrics for the stainless steel tube swing arm...I literally can't put into words how stoked I am for this piece...

We're moving along here and things are starting to shape up a bit. Lee got the front all fitted up, the spacers and sleeve make the wheel fit perfectly. Last thing for the front is the caliper adapters, but those'll be done pretty quick

My buddy Andrew (Little Horse Cycles) also did a test run for the section/pie cut stainless exhaust...needless to say it looks fucking awesome...

Then onto the swingarm! Andrew at Little Horse customs is making the magic happen:

and while he was doing that I decided to slim and shape the front fender

That's it for now! One more session and the swing arm should be ready to throw in the frame so we can mock up the roller

Got more done tonight. The front end is fitted up snug and looks great. The shock mounts are tacked up now, but they angle in too much and the spring hits the tire...damn. Well, onto plan B, but no big deal.

I suggest a slightly more 'ass up' stance whilst...umm....nekkid.
Remember, no engine, body or other heavy bits...the shocks will compress and you probably want to account for that....

It's up there a pretty good bit and these shocks are STIFF! There's also another 0.5" or so of threading on the lower mount to hoist it up a bit if needed. We could also always improve the lower mounts and lengthen if needed. Also, I suspect the "Plan B" upper mounts will give a bit more lift

More progress! Andrew kept cranking yesterday to make sure we can hit our deadline, what a guy!

since the upper mounts were too narrow and we had a parts bike drop in our laps, he repurposed a set of stock upper mounts to the frame and they're perfect:

Electronics tray fitted up and a decent gap for some airflow:

Next was narrowing the frame rails for the cowl and making them follow the lines...really happy with this. We'll probably do a stainless undertail too
