Im looking for what a next step on my '79 cb650. Let me know what you think should be next?!

i have been contemplating mounting LED turn signals inside the cut frame.

Be honest, i can take constructive criticism!

I don't have rearsets on mine and I quite like it. I'm able to get my butt off the seat when I need to. (don't have much in way of padding).

I'd try to get that seat to follow the frame more. If you are looking at carrying a passenger, could could get a hoop from dime city to finish the back end and clean it up. Then build two seats, one with a hump and the other tracker style, (think wrench monkees). That way they both will work with your frame.

The rear of the bike looks to truncated and unbalanced with the rest of the machine. I would go with a brat-style seat and complete the rear hoop.
I am not crazy about the taillight location either. If it were me, I would put a wide LED strip under the seat... discrete but would still get the attention of drivers behind you.
