No. 159 off the production line.

those TRD aurion's were a good thing. something different to the usual HSV/FPV stuff. just shame they don't build them anymore.
the other crying shame was that mitsubishi australia died before they could do a proper "hotrod" ralliart-style 380.

Yeah, Toyota made a big mistake making them FWD. Don't get wrong, the car goes well considering the power it's putting through the front wheels, but it turned alot of die hard AWD RWD car owners off.

I do a 130Km round trip to work everyday and I can get 7.5-8.0 l/100km out of it and run it on E10. that's one of the big reasons I didn't buy an HSV/FPV. The other is I like to be a bit different, where i live there are heaps of those cars, I haven't seen another one like mine yet.

Toyota also priced them in the same bracket as the FPV/HSV but didn't give them the same power levels, another mistake in my opinion. The car could have been epic but they buggered up.

I'm always so jealous of the cars you guys have over seas. Here in america everything is the same, unstylish and americanized. Even the fords you have over seas are way cooler than the fords we have over here.

It's all what you're used to, you guys get some good cars that we don't get. Also, as a function of the average salary our American/European cars are ridiculously expensive.

We get smashed in the botty in Australia for anything other than a Ford or Holden. Toyota aren't bad value either really, excluding the TRD that was very overpriced.

You should see the price of old American muscle cars over here, waaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy more than if you're Stateside!
