Suzuki to Honda Gauges Swap?

I have a "78CB750F with stock gauges and want to try and clean up the front end and get proper positioning on my clubmans. So I was looking to go with a single Speedo/Tach unit (not interested in Acewell). I'm interested in trying to fit a Suzuki T20 Hustler Clock onto my 750. I have read Suzuki Tachs are interchangeble with Honda's but what about speedo? Or finding another vintage single unit that would work. If this is doable what modifications/recalibrating would be necessary?

pretty sure Suzuki tach ratio is different to Honda?
