SV 650S converted to a naked bike

Hey all this is my buddies SV650S that we converted to a naked. We mounted the knock off mt03 headlight and a vapor gauge. We used p clamps wrapped around the forks to mount the headlight. We made a new gauge bracket that mounts to the p clamps also.its very clean and sturdy. Heres some pics.

heres some before pics. These are way before pics. in these pics he still has the carbon fiber yoshi muffler. He now has a titanium can on it. we still need to cut it down some.

Yeah we are pretty happy with it. We were able to use the stock headlight harness just modified it some. The headlight was purchased on ebay for 200 bucks. Its a knock off of a Yamaha MT 03 I believe some bike they dont sell here. I couldn't find it doing a quick search. It came from Italy . The brackets are really nice. Once we found p clamps that were the right size it was really easy to install. You can actually remove the headlight without removing brackets or clamps. Just four screws and it pulls right out the front. The gauge was tough to figure out the wiring for. It was just tough to find a wiring diagram that would help us wire up the idiot lights and the tach. We have some more things planned so stay tuned.

Is that a Vapor Stealth? I had to strip mine and repaint it to get that black on black look. Cool.

i dont know if it the stealth or not. it was black out of the box. He also got the idiot light pod. works pretty good though doesn't it.

dig it! still got that front fairing? i am looking for someting newer for my bandit 600 someting to make it look a bit more fresh
