swapping wheels and disc brakes?

I was wondering how big of a job would it be to swap mag wheels and disc brake off one bike to another? The bike in question: 1982 Honda CM 250 Custom. It looks like this:

Now could I take the wheels, tires and disc brake setup from a Honda CM 400 and just install or would there be any fabbing required?

this is the bike in question.

it caught on fire, but those mags are oh so sexy.

any help on this would be very appreciated.

Should be possible. Probably have to change the forks to get the caliper mounted.
