I haven't noticed any pedestrian pachyderms around this area but I have taken advantage of these pristine midwinter days!
While you were lolling about in tropical comfort I headed off for a run through The Royal:
A good run through the park, but there was a hold-up because of roadworks. They were resurfacing that rough section with a nice new smooth and grippy bitumen layer.
I can hardly wait to give it a try!
No other bikes at Bald Hill and an icy wind blowing so I headed south.
Had a great run up Macquarie Pass but Robinson was even colder than Bald Hill. Once again, no other bikes to be seen.
Headed for Kangaroo Valley hoping to thaw out.
Whoever left this James on the pub verandah must be reluctant to leave the bar!
Was running when parked!
Headed from the Valley to Berry over Woodhill Mountain. The dirt road section had potholes big enough to swallow the 'Ace'!
The view back up Kangaroo Valley:
An unexciting run up the coast to The Royal to check on the resurfacing then into the maelstrom of Sydney's afternoon traffic.
Crazy
