Hey guys anyone heading to deus this sat for the sale?

Tom I have to drive down on sat to try and sell the car so I won't be able to go on that mad run.

Only ACEitup and I turned out for the ride yesterday!

The weather looked a trifle dubious so we decided to ride through The Royal and make a decision at Bald Hill.

The 'Aces' on arrival at Bald Hill:

The view south didn't look too encouraging:

We decided to push on anyway, and apart from a wet adventure while traversing the Sea Cliff Bridge, the day improved considerably.

Macquarie Pass was a great ride as we didn't meet a lot of traffic, and the run into Kangaroo Valley was equally as good.

On arrival at the Kangaroo Valley pub we were accosted be the usual group of people curious about the 'Aces', but we eventually escaped to have a relaxed lunch and beer in the sun at the beer garden.

After lunch we took a back road to Berry. Narrow road, no markings or advisories, even a short stretch of gravel; what more could you ask for?

Back up through the 'Gong, through The Royal, then back home.

It was a great day, the 'Aces' didn't miss a beat. Perhaps we will have some more company next time!

That would of been a awesome ride. Glad you have no dramas mate. The honda has been playing up recently and don't think it would of made it. When I get the trx on the road I see a lot more rides happening.

There will be a ride along the Old Pacific Highway next Saturday 1st March!

Meeting points:

South of the harbour at Deus

North of the harbour at Berowra

North of the Hawkesbury at Mt Penang

Let us know if you might join in and we will arrange times.

Planned times for Saturday:

8.30 at Deus.

That would make it about 9.30 at Berowra, 10.30 at Mt Penang, 11.30 at Pie-in-the-Sky.
Even with adding in time talking to the multitudes, we should be able to have a reasonably early lunch.
This would enable us to take an interesting detour on the way home, if we felt so inclined.
