the CB360 has a 130 watt Alternator....Not a whole lot. Ignition uses 40-50 watts, the battery needs between 10 and 20 watts, and the rest is for the existing lighting. there isn't any reserve or extra at all. I converted my rear turns to running and turn, and changed to an H4 Headlight. In the end, I went back to stock,as the alternator just won't keep up with the additional power draw. My battery would slowly drain while riding.
If you go to all LED's, you may have better success, but LED lights aren't quite as bright, unless you go to high output ones, and then you are back to the same issue of not enough watts.
Good luck with it, but I think in the long run you may be disappointed.
If you really want more lights, consider going to the Rick's motorsports higher output Stator. It should give you the littl extra to do what you want without the pain of dead batteries.
