Get a Thruxton. I love mine. If I had a second bike, it would be either a GT1000 or a scrambler. Bonnevilles are nice, I just see a lot more of them around. My only regret is lack of comfort.

Damn you DWI- I am now on Airtech's site looking at the Thruxton Cup Race seats and an alloy Sprint tank from TA Baker II . . .

DUCATI SPORT 1000! Ride one and then decide. I have had mine for a year now and love it! Me and a buddy rode to Barber last year from SC. He has a GT1000. Great trip and comfortable. Just sayin.......

Mind if I ask what you paid and what year? Looking for one myself.

It is a 2008 and paid $8500 a year ago. They are getting hard to find. Only made them for a few years. If you get one, find one with termi exhaust and the ecu already installed. I got rid of the back fender, mirrors and replaced the tail light with an led. Looks much better. Parts and and accessories are not cheap, but the bike is fast and fun. I will never get rid of mine, its just that kind of bike. FYI Ducati just got bought by Audi....should be interesting.
