Tank Leak question

Well I thought I was gonna get the tank back on and test to see if my bike would start....... until I noticed the bike was leaking gas at the bottom lower seam.

What's best to do, weld the seam? new tank? Por15?

tank is freshly cleaned and de-rusted and bike is cb350. If POR 15 is the way to go where is the best place to get it???
