knock out all the old races on my cb350 and installed the new upper race. i threw out the old stock bb style balls so i can't get a measurement on which spacer to use.. can a few people tell me which spacer they used to give me an idea on which one might work. i don't want to install the bearing on the stem to find out that the stem hits. then to try to not ruin the new bearing taking it off..

LOL. Even with the balls, it's a difficult measurement to make. You're going to have to do the trial and error method. This can be a PITA. Try staring with the thinner spacer on the bottom.

shit, i just took the front end off my project and discarded all front end bearing parts. :-\

ok got the bearing pressed on the stem and turned out to be the thicker one. all balls tech told me that it probably is the larger one also. got a question regarding the seal that goes in the bottom head tube. should it be a tight fit to get the seal in there. actually take a small flat head tuck it in?? seems wrong but that could be the way it is.. thanks again for any help that can be given
