How does a lowered bike handle? My lowered Passat handles awesome.

On my 72 cb350 & my 75 cb550f, I just lowered the front end 2 inches and left the back end stock height, so that it has a rake in the front.

I found that it turned much more sharply around the corners and you didnt have to turn the bars as much to get the same turning angle especially at higher speeds. Basically by lowering the front-end only, you'll get over-steer. Its great for handeling its just that you'll have to get used to it.
If you plan to lower the front only, I'd also recommend lowering your riding position with clip-on bars below the tripple.

Now if you lower both front and back, then it should will be the same..

put the tank on the bike and tuck yer knees into it, and then tak a marker or something and mark where yer knees are comfortable......then start from the back of the tank and work yer way towards the front real slow......i did one side all the way through and then matched the other side...or you could do both alittle at a time.... evryone tells me to bondo it cuase its ugly but i like it ugly like that....

Thanks for the advise..
Why the hell would you want to bondo it??...It look wicked like that...I wouldn't even paint it. I'd just clear coat it so that it doesnt rust!!..
