Expanding hole issue..........my god, another medical problem for the soap opera! They should be able to string out a potentially fatal condition like that through this build and well into their next ones!

Problem is that continuing to bring in these new plot threads may lead to a ratings decline....you can only lead viewers to a supposed conclusion so many times...........................
