Those stick-on seat pads suck

Yours looks great, I'm running pretty stiff rear shocks cause I don't like the rear to squat when I'm on the gas, with that thin pad , it beat me up bad.

Yea, mine is kinda soft in the back end. I also don't plan on too many super long, multi-hour rides.

Not that it needs explaining 3 pages in, but those adhesive foam pads are designed for race bikes, period. They offer the minimum 'comfort' needed to prevent harsh pressure points/circulatory problems on a race bike. And probably are there for grip as much as anything, preventing the rider from sliding around with their leathers against bodywork.

Sure, lots of us run the foam on our bikes, but few of us are crazy enough to ride for longer than 30 minutes on that sort of seat.

On my XS, which has a horrible thin foam seat, I will resort to an Airhawk inflatable seat pad. It's the pillion sized one which fits perfectly on my seat. Makes hour long rides more bearable and can be slipped away so my pride isn't bruised when people look at the bike ;) But at the end of the day I'll take bruised pride over bruised ass anytime.
