i need help with the size of the rear tire i can run on my bike...... i know it is 3.5x18....what is the largest tire that i can run without getting into tire clearance issues

I do recall running a 110 on the rear rim of my 72 cb350 and a 100 size on the front...

Noel you should start a tire and rim section. And a subection for common ride ie cb350. As this question keeps coming up. I myself asked it. And yeap your right on the sizes.

i had alook at mine tonight in the dark, and it said 3-18 front and 4-18 rear on the sides , i was wanting to run dunlop tt100's front and rear but i don't think i can get them small enough for the front. maybe they're not sposed to be on the front anyway, it's what is currently on the back. at least dunlop golden seal ### which is the older version i believe.

i guess i'll take it to a good shop and see what they've got that will match to go on the front.
