It has to be dark, or so I've heard, and it has to be done with a bit of gusto. So it was! The Mad Kaw done the ton tonight, a little starved for fuel at 110 indicated GPS, bigger jets will cure that, but very stable and really, really smooth. The progressive springs/shocks are terrific at all speeds and the stiffened swing arm works very will with the shock set up. It was a LOT more comfortable than I anticipated for a 33 year old bike! Sounded great too. I felt really cool until the guy on the bike-from-hell blew by me like I was standing still! Oh well, she's done the ton and now I can wear the patches and smile.
