Kamn, so you might consider what I do to be defiling... I like a nice thick NY Strip with heavy garlic marinade (because everything needs garlic- I am Italian lol), grilled medium, and I like it topped off with a pinch of butter and rosemary.Kamn said:Who was defiling steaks????
