Quick intro,
I live in Cheltenham UK.
I'm coming to the end of a rather long build of a TriBSA street tracker.

The first photo shows the bike in a previous incarnation the second is a bit more recent.

I keep a record of what I've been doing on the bike here.

I've also got a '94 sportster that I have plans for but I'm (trying) to implement a strict one project at a time policy.

Welcome mate Nice Tracker build are you going to build the Harley in to a tracker as well I am in the middle of building a sportster tracker at the moment look forward to see more of your builds :)

I'm not sure exactly what I'm going to do to the Sporty, I'm currently limiting myself to doing stuff on it that doesn't take it off the road. So far that has been
  • installing some Biltwell Tracker bars
  • reverting to mid controls
  • removing the chromed tat the previous owner installed
  • replacing the pillow of a solo seat with a Biltwell seat
  • Installing an S&S air filter
  • removing the fork lowering kit
  • swapping the short shocks for stock ones

So pretty much all bolt on stuff. I'm currently gathering parts to move the transformation on, at some point I'll be replacing the stock cast 16" rear wheel with a front 19incher. I'll probably chop the timing cover as well. I' still undecided about the seat either I'll keep the Biltwell, use an XR style unit or make a rear cowl out of a spare sportster tank I picked up.

I also have vague plans for changing the carb and replacing the drag pipes with something more performance orientated. Not sure if I'll go off the shelf or buy a TIG and some stainless bends and make my own.
