Triumph Bonnevile Speed Twin Concept

Those tires are kind of like a seat with no padding. THey look awesome but I wouldn't be remotely comfortable doing it to my bike. XD

YA the Firestones should be banned from bikes unless they're on a combi. I think my Dad ran them on his Indian Four with sidecar about 1952. They transition from marginal grip to on your ass quicker than any tire I've ever ridden on (don't laugh, had the skinny ones on my HD 125 Hummer about 1968 and the concussion, the contusions and the missing 2 days of my life all bear witness to the tenacious grip of these suckers).
Interesting that if you look at the photos when they were "scraping clay", the tires on the bike look to be KR180 street tracker tires, DOT-approved (remember trying to get those bastards in the correct size for your street tracker Tim? I finally went with knock-off MT53's and you used... Shinkos?). Probably 12,000 times safer than the Firestones.
And on the subject of the modelling clay they used, if you ever get a chance to get some, do so - it's so much fun to use it should be illegal.
I think the rear frame section is "stupid" - why not go with 2 simple tubular stays down to the peg mounts, or a little subframe?
And Jeez I think those buggers musta burgled my workshop or something and looked at one of my Double - Oh - Seven (007) projects that's in work, 'cause if you look at the front forks, you'll realize they're a Triumph rear swingarm that's been modified for use as a girder. BARSTIDS!
Overall, with the exceptions noted above, I really like the bike.

Those front forks look like something you you'd use to separate ball joints on a car.
