Trying to find image of 2 piece exhaust collar

I was trawling the forums a while ago and came across a split exhaust collar that had the standard shape but was clamshelled in the centre around the stud holes so 2 pieces could be wrapped around the exhaust and remove the need for the inserts on Ye CB.

Anyone have a pic? I have my buddy welding my exhausts and making some collars on his CNC. Would like to eliminate the inserts.

The collar inserts are a pita. You could try spot welding a couple places in front of the collar so they still turn.

Yeah that's them. Thanks hillsy. Turns out the chap welding my pipes welded the collars on so in the end not getting made for this bike. But if I have to replace them, this is what I'm doing for sure!

Anyone know if the zzr ones would fit the 750s?

Kawasaki used them on many bikes... try the EX 500 set. I have some I can measure.
