Drill a hole and use a syringe to inject it. That's only necessary with the hollow metal floats though. Yours are probably foam already.

:-\ discovered my frame is cracked at the neck, screwit im going at this bimoto stlye now on the look out for a nice italian frame. Going to stuff the turbo kawi into it.

I've never seen one cracked, even after major accident (head on with a van)

My own fault on that one over zeolus on grinding away uneeded metal and went to put bike back on the floor me and friend "dropped" yea he got distracted thought it was fine but was bouncing on the bike to check out how far the suspension would travel and pop. Well not on the neck itself but close enough for me to say the hell with this frame time to go a little crazy.
