Turn signal opinions

HUGE thanks to Rudy for the custom 'glassed seat. Anyway Im debating on rear turn signals. I have a set of surface mount euro looking side markers, or some stalks i could put on. Sorry for the grainy pics, also the whole seat/cowl will be covered in black vinyl. Im torn between the two. I yall think they both look like garbage ill ditch the idea before it goes any further

If it was my bike I'd go with the more vintage looking stalks if you're going to run sigs at all. Here in Nebraska they are not required by law so my cafe is stripped of signals. If you HAVE to have them on the bike I'd go with the stalks. my $.02.

agreed... get some lower profile stalks. i found a great aluminum set on ebay not to long ago, ran me about $24 shipped. 4" total length, 2" stalk and 2" lens.

Nice to see you're getting into that seat man! Should look pretty good when it's all done. I have to agree with the other guys, go for stalks. I got a pair of the mini cateye stalks and welded some tabs onto the frame just under the seat. Since the back of the seat tapers in, mounting stalks to the cowl may look kinda weird. Definitely don't go with those ones in the pics.

The flushies although cool looking would not serve the intended purpose too well I'd think.
