I have a 1970 cb350 twin that I'm building, no signals, kick start only, and LED tail light. Has anyone used the turntech batteries before? Can I use the 2.5Ah, or do I need a 5Ah? Thanks in advance.
With kickstart only you could probably get away with the 2.5Ah battery. This is because your highest current load is the starter motor - everything else is a drop in the pond. I've run a more modern roadbike on a 3Ah battery, and that functioned fine with full lights and everything, even the electric start (although it was only a 125cc stroker haha).
