Typical Title Question - Massachusetts

Bought a 1970 CB350 from a guy in Rhode Island who had no paperwork.

Checked and the bike isn't stolen, salvaged, etc.

I have a bill of sale, no title, and no previous registration.

Any way to get this thing Titled??

Good luck... There are several Indiana members on here and tons of people in this state selling bikes without titles because they "can't" get them. I do it all the time, probably 6-10 of them a year... Indiana just changed their rules/regulations on June 1st and I already found ways around it and got one just last Saturday in the mail.... You can, you just have to find the way... I have several posts on this from Indiana... Not sure how many members are from MA but its doubtful any of them know how to do it... Hopefully someone can help you out with the specifics from your state. Just wanted to let you know that there IS a way. Don't give up. Keep trying different methods until one works and that's how you can do it forever unless they change up the regulations.
