I recently started a small side business and wanted to start offering aluminum universal pre-cut seat pan blanks and custom cut-to-order seat pans.
The pans get plasma cut by hand from .090 aluminum, the edges are smoothed on the belt sander and the top/bottom sides are gone over with a da sander.
The Options and Prices:
*All prices include shipping in the continental US.
Add Crisp Bends: To any pan: $5.00 per bend.
*May affect price due to larger shipping box, I will notify you of price change before proceeding with your order.
Basic: $45.00 shipped.
The basic universal seat pan dimensions are:
22" Long, 6 1/4" Wide at tank end, and 8" Wide at the widest point.
Basic w/Bolt Slots: $50.00 Shipped
Bolt slots are located 2" from front of pan and are 15.5" apart.
Custom Cut: $75.00 Shipped
Simply draw up a pattern on a single piece of heavy paper (I like poster board), fold it up and drop it in the mail. As soon as I receive it I'll cut it out and ship it back to you.
