Using eye to eye on eye to clevis rear shocks

I have a stock 76 cb750f and im wondering if there is a way to use eye to eye shock in the stock mounts for the eye to clevis shock that come on the bike or do i have to do some custom fabing ?

I'm no expert but I would think welding a bolt on the frame next to or in place of clevis mount would take care of it.

No. Some say it's ok, but no. The shock will be out of line in that case, messing with shock angle and allowing for decreased performance. Just buy the right part for the bike.
