I wanted to pass along how helpful it can be to use video Skype to get help on a rebuild (assuming you can can find someone to help you).
For the 3-day CBX rebuild I needed to have all the parts sorted out and ready to go before the build started. By using video skype I was able to get my CBX guru Tony to help me all the way from Sydney. He was able to ID every unknown bolt and part so it could be inventoried. He could even assess the condition of the head, cylinders, etc. We spent maybe 5 hours total doing this..and so when he came over to Kauai, we already knew exactly what needed to be done.
Ergo.. if you're way out in the boonies like me with no one local who can help, maybe you can find a friendly enthusiast somewhere else in the world who can help via skype.
It's freakin amazin' really.
Plus the first time you see the guy on the other end, it's like a blind date gone really wrong.
