I have a set of four velocity stacks that I am selling. They are new and have never been installed.
They measure 45mm in length and the opening where they mount to your carbs is 46mm.
They are aluminum and anodized red.

They are not bike specific.
I think you would need to make an adapter to fit them on a 400/4. The 400/4 mouth is 36mm and the choke linkage doesn't give you enough space to mount them directly to the carb.
