Vintage Yamaha leather jacket

I recently bought this jacket off eBay hoping it would fit. When it came I thought I could make it work, but it's just too baggy on me. The jacket is in great shape with nice patina. It's marked as a 42, I'm 6ft 130lbs and shoulders and arms fit perfect it's just too loose around my waist and chest. I'm just too damn skinny!

Where in Maryland are you located? I live just outside of Baltimore and I'm interested in the jacket, It may work for me at 6' 150lbs.

Measurements were take wile jacket was laying flat on my bed. Let me know if you need anything else.
Soulder to cuff is about 24"

Pit to pit across front is about 19"

Shoulder to shoulder across back 20"

Waist across the front is about 20"

From coller to waist is about 28"
