good thought on new plugs

while you are changing them crank the motor over with them out in case its really flooded
 
Got it running. It was flooded. Took out the plugs, turned engine over a few times, put new plugs in, choke on, it started up.
Got it idling, rode it around the park once. I think the PJ may be too rich? Air screws are 2 turns out, any less and I can smell the richness in the exhaust. There's a flat spot approaching 1/8 throttle but I'll know more when I get it out on the road for a spin.

try pulling the air correct jet at the 6 oclock position on the air filter side little tiny brass guy a long way in there

i have buckets of 35 pilots if you need a few to try
