This thread: http://www.dotheton.com/forum/index.php?topic=25058.0 pretty much sums it up. I sent payment via paypal for the parts and as soon as it was "accepted" all communication stopped, he will not reply to any emails.

I paid via paypal, but since I had a $0 balance they (paypal) did a quick transfer from my bank account (as normal). Does anyone know if I can dispute the charge with my bank because of this?

since it went through paypal dispute the charges with them first, then when that doesn't work go to your bank.

I plan on it. apparently I have to wait 45 days. Freakin paypal. But I figured since it actually came from my bank, I maybe should start there....at least let them know.

Dispute both at the same time to save time. If the guy owns a business in which you bought the parts, also file with the Better Business Bureau as well as your state's Attorney General. Hit all angles at once. Show no mercy!

Yes. Without 1 response from the seller.

If an admin wants, feel free to delete or rename the thread. I'm happy I got the bucket but communication with the seller blows.
