DTT BOTM WINNER
so over the past few month we have noticed an increase in you on the website.
very cool. glad to see you dig old bike as much as we do. so feel free to hang out and chit chat. and if you have any questions feel free to ask! no one here cares how experienced you are or how long youve been riding, just as long as your motivated to do so, or hell, even just like it, thats enough for us.
were a pretty chill crowd, so as long as you show us the same respect and etiquette we show you, were gonna have some good times.
welcome new person.......yes that means you. ;D

Why.. Thank you very much!!...

Everytime I get on the board..(which is a lot..), I always feel like a new guy simply because we are always have new members sign on Everyday!!..

Once upon a time when DTT was young, I knew about 75% of the members personally!!.. Wow times have changed...

I used to sit on the board and talk to myself, back when I was the only member ;)

It's cool Noel, I'd creep you out if you knew me. :)

I used to read every post that was entered on DTT, no way I can do that now. Used to know what kind of bike everyone had and where they were from. Have a real hard time keeping up with everyones builds now though, just so many. Have to pick and choose what I keep up-to-date on.

herr i am the same way... i used to be in on every build thread now i struggle to keep up! i love it so many new ideas coming out!!!

Dunno, I don't mind it actually. Just sit back, relax and let it run away and expand, washing over you. See somthing you like and have a squizz, make a comment. Kinda like life.

But yes, the forum is growing pretty darn quick. Almost... what... doubled in size since I joined?

"...have a squizz..."

Don't be doin that on our board man.

The site is growing at an accelerating pace. Will have added almost 500 users this month.

I want to second the invitation! We really are friendly.

And to the guys and gals that have been here for a while, when someone asks a silly question remember that at one time you were the same way and just needed someone to show you what to do.

I remember having to stop and actually "think" for a second "Ok, which way is ON with the wrench?" and I'd kinda torque my wrist while I squinted and stared at the ceiling (the international symbol for trying to remember something!).

So welcome noobs! Get ta work and post some pics!

I thought we only did concourse restorations? Shit!

well this is the first time i've join'd such a big forum and recieved such a warm welcome!! ;D

I'm super stoked to have found you guys... the wealth of knowledge will not fall on deaf ears here.

I'll just use this opportunity to let myself tell you about... well... myself lmao

im 29 and living in orlando fl. going to MMI and i love it. I'm going to specialize in BMW and hope to get an opportunity to attend the BMW motorad school in NJ.

Most recently i put 3 years in Las Vegas, and I miss it. But once i graduate i'll probably go back to Kansas City where the availability of a motorcycle industry job is much greater.

I'm currently on a CB550K4 that had 6500 miles on it when I got it three weeks ago. super clean. I've ridden it to and from Daytona 2 times now and i don't think the gremlins even got to this thing.

AWWWW YAAAA!!!
