What are they worth?

I found a couple of bikes on eBay that seem pretty nice.

This first little 350 is pretty nice but not worth the buy it now, is it? It's only like 10 miles away from me.

This other one is a bit newer (1982) but looks pretty sweet. I have no idea what this is worth, really so any help would be great.

The CL350 is repainted and missing the key part, the chrome upswept sausage pipes. Also the sidecovers are gone. $850 is on the high end. I'd say it's worth $500. The Seca isn't worth much more, maybe $900.

We are a frugal bunch. 600 or less on the 350, but have seen them sell $750 running looking ok needing tuning(I am asked to tune it) seca i agree 1000 or less.
