Probably 105 max, usually a little smaller.
Totally dependent on exhaust
If you have the cash, get K&N filters, they just fit and work better than 'Chinese' ones
Are you saying it's not true? During my research I came across several threads on various forums that all seemed to share this sentiment, including a thread from this one: http://www.dotheton.com/forum/index.php?topic=26781.20
I don't know. If there's one thing I've learned over the years from tuning my cars & bikes it's that stock vehicles are NEVER optimally tuned when it comes to engine breathing. Intake/exhaust is usually the first place I look for extra HP... including the ///M cars I've owned.
Any guesses why Mr Rickman used stacks?
Here's the deal. This build is not for go, it's all show. I have enough other bikes for that. I bought stacks and that's what I intend on using. If you've successfully tuned a CB400f with either pods or stacks and can give me recommendations for jet sizes, it's much appreciated. Otherwise I'm just going to order a few sizes and play around. But would rather not waste that time if I don't need to.
Not trying to be a dick but I'm not looking for someone to tell me what style I should build my bike.
