What did your bike get for Xmas?

Flugtechnik

My bike is not transportation, it is a respite
This year Nixon got an electronic ignition from Pamco Pete to keep her old heart beating in time. Can't wait to get this installed.

Hey Flug,

A buddy of mine at work got one for his 450 and says it works great. I think there's one in my future too. Let us know how it goes.

I got about $1000.00 worth of 6061 aluminum to make parts with. Varies lengths diameters, lots of fun stuff.

How do you like the boots? I was thinking about getting a pair. They look really nice and very well made! Which did you get? I think I want the Classic boot but the Autobahn looks nice too. Any advice would be helpful.

New Shocks, Velocity Stacks an a set of new turn signals.... ;D ;D ;D ;D But Its kind of against my religion to put on turn signals but it keeps the pigs off my ass......

I got a northern tool card for 50 bucks, and a few days off work to gather scrap metal for bike parts. Woohoo

My bikes got a group Christmas present from my family. My mother, my wife, and my inlaws all pitched in and gave me money to cover the 1200 square feet of cement for the new garage. Gravel guy is coming out next week to level and lay the gravel foundation. After that, vapor barrier and rebar will be installed, and then the form boards and the pour. Hopefully within a month I will be putting the walls on and running electric! Thanks family, and the bikes will thank you too!

A new front end for the pranged 350, gear drum shift forks for the 450, and a shitty HF air compressor. Exciting.

That's bloody awesome! You better keep that family for yourself otherwise I'll comeover there and claim 'em.

My Mum and Stepdad lobbed me a spark tester. You hold it up against a lead with the bike running and it fires right up. That's going straight in the toolkit.

My bike got ridden for Christmas.
I tooled around on the DS7 for a few hours Christmas Eve. It was a gift for both of us :D

I got the Classic boot and they are really well made but they were a about a half size big. I did all the measurements just as they as they said and they emailed me back that they came up as 9.5 D. This is exactly the size I normally wear however these were a bit big. I added an insole now they are perfect. It took about 2.5 weeks from day of order to get them to me (I ordered directly from Gasolina rather than DCC although I think they shipped them to DCC first).

One other thing they are very dark brown not black..I was expecting black.

Von- bummer about the back ordered light. There are a couple gifts I got for the Mrs that are the same way.
Kanticoy- I've said it before, but that is awesome. My back will say thank you next October! :D

My bike is getting a quarter fairing instead of a full one like I had hoped. New carb parts, home made airbox, new paint scheme, etc will be done before spring. Oh yeah, ordered a shiny new kill switch for the CB125 too.
