What does everyone do for their "real" job?

I'm a full time firefighter, part time photographer, attentive father, and pretty amazing husband (the wife may or may not agree with my assessment).

3rd mate on a 285ft offshore supply boat in the Gulf working with Shell. Doing my best to keep the seafloor pumping out oil/gas for those beaters we like to work/ride on.. Hoping to one of these years get on a real ship (600ft+) and bring cargo around the world. Getting my 2nd mate and 1600ton Masters license this fall, pretty stoked about that!

Own a shrimp boat, so I do that when I'm home and its in season..(try not to think about those tv shows in Louisiana..haha). Also, work at the family marina/boatyard working on boats from 20-65ft boats..

Lastly, part time worker at RedBull doing event logistics, setting up events before they start and tearing them down. Delivering infrastructure(tables, bars, inflatables,etc.). I only do events i want to so I can get free tickets in haha!

Sorry Ronnie - you reminded me of this decal I bought a while back:

Thank!
No I haven't, but I've been thinking about it a lot.
I've even thought of making a tank cover and seat and having a "wood bike"

Im a full-time photographer and love it... other than the 17 hour day of shooting I had yesterday. I shoot south asian weddings mainly, so they like to start early and wrap late!

Engineer, of several varieties. Currently building custom software for road-race motorcycles, but done everything from dot-com software prototyping (great gig, for about a minute) to racecar induction design. Hope to wrap up the Law degree in a year or so...

I have kind of a "Nancy" job compared to a lot of you. I'm and animator, application designer and programmer (iPhone, iPad, Android and desktops), and graphics artist. I became my own boss last year when the company I worked for, for over a decade went under. It sucked that the company closed, as the owners are great people, but it was the kick in the ass I needed to go out and do my own thing.

That is an awesome idea. I'm currently debating ditching my bump stop seat and going to a flat tracker / street tracker seat. I'm thinking a seat base like that would look SEXY.

Might be kind of heavy. The goal is to reduce weight. lol. Fun for shits and giggles though I guess.

Guess I might as well chime in only one or two things to keep me busy that are considered "jobs"
1. I work for an international auction corporation as a tech specialist
2. Certified diesel technician
3. Professional photographer
4. College student (Aviation degree, apparently that's a theme)
5. Session lead for local Equine therapy group helping special needs kids
6. Jack of all trades, Master of none

Makes for one long work week when trying to add on the cafe build :)

Piano player in a brothel
But seeing I owe to much to the company store I have to moonlight as an industrial electronics technician to put grocery's on the table.

Tried to get out and they promoted me...running the business in this area now and after 4 days on the job I have no clue what I'm supposed to do...

Hah! Four days! I spent my whole working "career" without a clue as to what I was supposed to do.
