What forks to use on CL350?

I bought a basketcase CL350 (two actually) to play with, because I wanted to keep my first one intact, at least for this year. I pulled the forks today, and found that they are really really REALLY rusty. And the front wheel was missing anyway, so I think maybe I should just try to find some different forks/wheel/front brakes.
I am thinking I might like disc brakes up front, but I haven't really made up my mind. Is there some easy swaps I should consider? I would like to keep the fork clamps, but my hearts not set on them. I should replace the bearings up there too, as they were looking pretty worked and when I pulled it apart, they rolled all over hell anyhow. No loss, I was pretty certain I was going to replace them anyway, because it moved very poorly, and the grease was made mostly of mud.

There is a pretty decent salvage yard nearby, but they are kind of pricey. Also, they are pissy about asking for parts in snowmobile season.
Suggest some forks? Anyone have a setup they could part with?

If I'm not mistaking you have 33mm here is a small list of bikes that came with 33mm forks hope this helps

I have a CB360 wheel (18") with a disk brake setup. I also have the forks to go with it. The downside is that I do not have the brake MC, the line or the caliper. PM me if you're interested.

PM sent!

Do you think the CL350 fender will bolt up to the fork?

My wife is working on a carbon fiber unit for it. If it doesn't go on this bike, it will just go on the other though.

PM replied....

I don't see why the CL350 fender won't bolt up. They look exactly the same. But honestly, I'd go with the CFRP fender your wife is cooking up.
