What is your favorite motorcycle from the past?

84 mph is the average speed for the lap. Not top speed. If a 900 four can't run faster than my 540cc pushrod single I'll eat the other handlebar grip without ketchup.

P.S. Hailwood took a 500 MV around Daytona at an hour average of 144 in the early 60s. That's probably faster than my single will ever go too.

P.S. ST: Have u ridden an H2R? I have and I was not underwhelmed, I was scared poopless. Of course at age 75 I probably should not have been on the damn thing anyway, but it is a great bike and if I was a young man again, I would have one. In the meantime, my 82 KZ 1000 and 86 Yammy Radian 600 will have to suffice.bj
Are you sure? I only know of two people that have one now.

I guess 2014 is the past. ::) It's actually a 2015 model though. ;) :D

'Hoof' and 'hocbj23' were likely thinking of the "real" h2r.

This isn't really an h2r. It's actually a KR750, but closer than that other 'thing'. ;) :D

The mighty Honda 50 C100, 60 million built still in production with copy license. This is one of 5K built as a promotion model in 1962. Every dealer in the world received one.High lift full race Weber cam.
