What is your favorite motorcycle from the past?

84 mph is the average speed for the lap. Not top speed. If a 900 four can't run faster than my 540cc pushrod single I'll eat the other handlebar grip without ketchup.

P.S. Hailwood took a 500 MV around Daytona at an hour average of 144 in the early 60s. That's probably faster than my single will ever go too.

P.S. ST: Have u ridden an H2R? I have and I was not underwhelmed, I was scared poopless. Of course at age 75 I probably should not have been on the damn thing anyway, but it is a great bike and if I was a young man again, I would have one. In the meantime, my 82 KZ 1000 and 86 Yammy Radian 600 will have to suffice.bj
