what tires fit?

hi gang,

i am looking at gettin new tires for my girl, but i have a couple questions. First what tire manufacture or thread design is everybody running,second i have a 19 in the front and a 18 in the rear will any same size tire work if the rim size is the same? Finally on the front i have a 3.25h19 and am wondering what other tire i can run these numbers only bring up ribbed tires and i am looking for a more street tire design like the Avon Venom or roadrider.thanks

You probably have 1.85 wide front rim and a 2.15 wide rear rim. I like Avon Roadriders and would use a 90-90/19 front and a 120-80/18 rear. A 120 would be about the widest due to the shaft drive rear.

For future reference, if you google Hagon tyre wheel chart, they have avery useful chart for recommended tire sizes. And your wheel size should be stamped onto it somewhere.

if you can drag metal before your tires lose grip, you dont need anything wider as it will just hurt performance (greater rotational weight, sprung weight, more tire flex/deformation (unless proper rim is fitted).
