what to do with old gas??

okay... i got a 5 gallon of old gas (out of mm 64 Impala Im building). Gas is old and probibly wont even work in my lawn mower. What should I do with it??? any ideas???

There should be a hazardous materials drop off depot in your area. If not, call the local garage that does oil changes and see if you can dump it there. Someone will be collecting their used oil etc.

Or put it in your neighbors car.

I got rid of it!!! well not yet. some guy is going to pick it up at my house tonight when I get off of work. I put up an ad on www.craigslist.com under the "FREE" board. And said that the gas might be still good enouph for lawnmowers, old boats, garden equipment ect.... and I got like 5 emails in the first hour!! Some guy is going to pick it up tonight. So off it goes tonight.... ;D

why not add dry gas 100%etoh to it and then some octane boost you should be able to get some new life out of the old stuff.

I used mine to kill weeds and tree stumps. Or put a little bit in your oil recycle jug, but I wouldn't mind lighting my neihbors car on fire ;D

I stash all my old oil and gas in the back of the scooter shop on college. I'm sure they'll deal with it. Consider it tax for being responsible for newbie vespa test drives going up and down my street all summer.
