I really appreciate this series of videos. I especially admired the Allen-wrench work- around featured in the handle- bar episode. I wonder if you have given any thoughts to making "racing slick" tires for your racer? The movie The Worlds Fastest Indian" has a good tutorial on this subject.

I dunno,I really enjoyed this thread, although I think his pulling a fast one.In some of the videos you get a hint that he knows what his doing even though it looks like his about to lose a digit.
Learnt quite abir here.Ive got multipal sets of spanners and allen keys in all standards but I would have never thought of using a bolt head as a allen key and I can think of a few times I was in a jam and original thought like that would have got me home a lot sooner.

No way that actually worked! I have a old rack of carbs at home that I'm going to do this with haha! For as silly as you are, your very creative. You should apply to Google for a job because you definitely think outside the box.

Re: Ichiban Moto : Yamaha 500 cafe racer build

It works, but, only up to the point of agitating the solution rather than static (just sitting there ;D )
To get ultrasonic cleaning you need an ultrasonic generator working on Mhz rather than hz (usually 30~75,000 compared to maybe 80~100)

Re: Ichiban Moto : Yamaha 500 cafe racer build

Funny ignition cooling fan, looks just like the intake side of a turbocharger....His ignition must really run HOT! Of course, Bad Ass Cafe Racers do have hot ignition systems... 8) 8) 8)
