high quality crew neck tees made in Vietnam ( I think that's a suburb of Los Angeles ?)
That would explain the blonde hair on the model

OK, it was up the 50s today. Time to get out to the shed before the next snow arrives - or is already too late?

I was out there working away Richard ! With the lower bars and relocated throttle, I had to shorten my throttle cable.

Here is the video on how to shorten cables. Same bad ass process for brake and clutch cables too ! ;D

Do you need a white candle to melt the solder? I have a red candle and a green one from Christmas and I was thinking if the green nylon ties are stronger, possibly a green candle would be hotter......Red may be hotter too, as in Red Hot...

Awesome job, BTW....I learn new thing with every video!

I don't have a tempometer, I chose the candle because it has a crisp bamboo scent

yeah, but that's like... doing it right, wtf dude???

It wasn't a kinking issue, when I installed my gas pedal, the stock cable would have tangled up on my leg, so I had to shorten it. Here is that vid:

so you see why I had to shorten the cable :):

Ichiban Sense, do you know how hot a bullet has to be to spontaneously explode? I have no idea, but I'm cognizant of the fact that some people don't think and your videos are so well done.

Maybe a round of assembly tape might be enough to act as a detonation blanket ;-)

So we walked around the "world of wheels" show a couple of week ends ago.

( I was the guy with the $5 camera wearing the black Ichiban Moto t-shirt 8) )

Here is a vid of the "cyclorama" section. Not a lot of bikes, however it may be a representation of what's going on with custom choppers, baggers, cafes, bobbers etc. There were a few custom painters there with booths that I spend some time at. It's not about matte black at this show ! I also have video of the motorama custom rods, etc. if anyone is interested in me posting those as well.. let me know.

I know rear brakes are pretty unimportant but do you plan on using yours? Where will you mount the brake pedal? Maybe you could adapt the throttle tube to actuate the rear brakes.

Unless I can figure out how to recover and store kinetic energy from the rear wheel that powers an electric motor to supplement the drive system......

I will most likely have brake pedal on the left side. I will upgrade the caliper and pads like I did with the front brake as seen in this video:

THEN THAT BRINGS UP THE NEXT QUESTION OF WHERE THE SHIFTER WILL GO? Had a good laugh when you pulled out the new aggressive brake pads, those are sweet.

Re: Yeah ! Get your custom cycle featured on BikeExif and become Famous !
