Wheel options for a 78 cb750k?

Hey peeps, I have a 78 cb750 with the OE spoke wheels, is there any possibility of getting mags on it? Comstars possibly?
Comstars, yes. Maybe some Lesters or Henry Abe made for that bike. Others will take some modification.

comstars can go right on with no mods?
Someone will have to confirm if it works on all models, but a 1978 CB750 F2 came with Comstars. You can look it up on Western Hills Honda website and see if certain parts like the axle cross reference. The rims may show it as well.

The '78 F model has dual disc front and single disc rear. The comstars from the F may bolt on, but you'll need more than just the wheels to make them work.
Check into using the comstars from the '79+ dohc 750K models. They'll have single disc front and drum brake rear like your K model does now.

Appreciate the input, I believe I found a set off of a 79 750 with the same brake setup, so I'll probably go with those as long as they measure up correctly as far as the hub goes. The axles and bearings are the same though

The next big hurdle will be if the front rotors are the same size and offset, and the rear drums are of the same diameter.
If the drums don't crossover, you can use the '79 drum on your '78. Worst case scenario, you'll have to have spacers machined.
If the rotors don't match up, you'll need the '79 forks. They should crossover easily though, as they're the same size as the '78.
