Hi All,

I'm a little late to this discussion, I know, but it is pertinent to a current project. I love the look Joe achieved on several of those wheel set ups. I'm looking to do an all up gold set. Gold spokes do not exist. I can get the nipples in gold close enough to the powder coat color, but the spokes are the problem. How do you get the spokes colored? Should you cap the threads and heads somehow before coating? Any advice is appreciated!

Thanks,
Balek

we have a spoke rack for coating spokes to protect the threads.. yes sir we got about 8 shades of gold!
