Where can I buy a good motor?

I am embarrassed to admit this. I am not a good mechanic. I try and try, but I have finally faced the truth. I can't be trusted with these things, apparently. :D I am a pretty good electrician, a decent wrench, but the workings of a motor are completely foreign to me. I can rebuild a transmission well enough, transfer cases, brakes, all kinds of stuff on our cars, van, former jeep, etc. But the actual motor is always a problem for me. I don't do motors if I don't have to. Water pumps, alternators, all okay.

Whew, got that off my chest.

I am told I am not allowed to buy a new motorcycle, but I can fix this one. So, there. I want a motor that I don't have to screw with. Everything else seems to be pretty well sorted on this motorcycle, but the motor has too many problems.

I am looking for a 100% working, excellent condition motor for my CL350. Where can I purchase one of these?
